Paid Media, Senior Manager

About the role

In this role you'll stay hands-on with paid search, LinkedIn, and display ads, and the testing agenda. In this role, you'll drive pipeline growth for both Enterprise, Commercial and SMB segments. You'll be joining a dynamic, fast-growing company with a collaborative and fun team culture. This position reports to the VP of Marketing within the Growth Marketing team.

What you'll do

• Own everything from audience and keyword strategy to budgets, bidding, creative, and landing page performance—with success measured by qualified pipeline and revenue
• Continuously improve conversion and efficiency: Identify opportunities across the full paid journey—from search query or ad impression through landing page and conversion
• Optimize spend toward the audiences, campaigns, and messages that generate the highest-quality opportunities
• Build a disciplined experimentation program: Develop and manage a testing roadmap across audiences, keywords, creative, messaging, offers, bidding strategies
• Turn results into actionable learnings and systematically scale what works
