Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and report on multi-channel paid media campaigns for domestic and international clients.

What you'll do

• Paid Media Strategy & Planning
• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs
• Create and present media plans covering budget allocation, channel mix, audience targeting, campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and creative requirements
• Recommend the right combination of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, Teads, and other relevant paid media channels
• Identify opportunities to integrate paid media with SEO, content, email, social media, and other digital/ATL channels

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Performance marketing
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• SEO
• Digital marketing
• Google Analytics
• Any graduate
