Paid Social Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on campaign management skills, strategic thinking, client management experience, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, optimise, and report on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, KPIs, budgets, and target audiences
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct quality checks, and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights using analytics tools such as GA4
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, present campaign results, and recommend growth opportunities

What you need

• 4–5 yrs of experience
• Meta Ads

• PowerPoint
• Any graduate
