P&F Lead

About the role

You will lead planning and forecasting activities for India, partnering with commercial teams, in-market finance and shared services. You will translate business plans into clear financial forecasts, challenge assumptions and deliver concise recommendations. This role offers strong learning, visible impact and the chance to help GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles for India commercial and operational spend
• Consolidate forecast inputs, validate data and deliver clear variance commentary with actionable insight
• Build and maintain financial models and planning system master data to ensure accuracy and auditability
• Partner with commercial teams and project owners to run scenario analysis and support decision making
• Design and deliver automation and process improvements using analytics and reporting tools to reduce manual effort

What you need
