About the role

Hire, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales and business development team. Personally drive closure of key strategic deals where required. 12-20 years of experience in B2B sales and business development with a strong revenue track record. Proven experience selling into large enterprises across FMCG, pharma, dairy, or F&B sectors.

What you'll do

• Own and scale a high-impact revenue engine end-to-end
• Lead market expansion with full autonomy and work closely with the CXO team
• Own and deliver revenue targets across geographies, driving consistent business growth
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and market penetration strategies
• Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline independently
