Partner Manager, North America

About the role

We are seeking an outstanding Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team and work out of our Bangalore office. As a Partner Manager, you will own a focused portfolio of strategic Whatfix partners across our priority industries and Digital Transformation ecosystem. The role is responsible for building, enabling, and growing these partnerships with a clear commercial focus — driving revenue and building qualified pipeline through partners .

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives, practice leaders, sales leaders, solution teams, and relevant customer-facing stakeholders
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-led pipeline and revenue against quarterly and annual targets
• Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities, accounts, practices, and geographies within each partner and develop plans to penetrate them
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies, sales plays, campaigns, and account plans with partners to create repeatable pipeline and revenue
• Develop strong relationships with the partner's industry and practice leadership to create sustained demand and access to strategic customer opportunities
