About the role

Seeking a highly driven and strategic Partner - Sr. Fund Manager / Director to lead fundraising initiatives for Dolphin Tank India (DTI) . This is a high-impact, investment-driving role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a strong network across investors (VCs, PEs, LPs, HNIs & Angels)

What you'll do

  • Strategic Investments & Partnerships
  • Identify, engage, and onboard sector-agnostic investors across India, US, UK, Dubai, and Singapore
  • Drive strategic conversations for early-stage investments into Indian startups via DTI
  • Business Development & Sales Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end investment lifecycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
