Partner - Sr. Sales Manager/Director (B2B)

About the role

Seeking a highly driven and strategic Partner - Sr. Sales Manager / Director – B2B to lead fundraising and partnership initiatives for Dolphin Tank India (DTI) . This is a full-time role and will focus on securing strategic investments from global investors and building high-value partnerships/sponsorships with growth-stage startups and established businesses targeting Gen Z and the startup ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Strategic Investments & Partnerships
• Identify, engage, and onboard sector-agnostic investors across India, US, UK, Dubai, and Singapore
• Drive strategic conversations for early-stage investments into Indian startups via DTI
• Build and close B2B partnerships and sponsorship deals with startups and established businesses
• Business Development & Sales Leadership
