Partnership Manager - Banking Alliances

About the role

This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced strategy managers, gain exposure to fintech and financial services, and contribute directly to Juspay’s key initiatives for product and business expansion.

What you'll do

• Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product, engineering
• Market Research**: Conduct market research and gather insights from partners to identify emerging product opportunities and trends
• Operational Support**: Provide essential support in optimizing partnership processes, including partner onboarding, process documentation
• Stakeholder Management:** Coordinate between lender and merchants on a day to day basis and handle any potential conflicts arising out of the same, amicably

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Market research
• Communication
• Any graduate
