About the role

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at Kolkata Airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey through the airport. Your main duties will include assisting with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, as well as providing information and assistance to passengers throughout their journey.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Ensure all passengers have valid travel documents and assist with any necessary paperwork
• Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
• Assist with the boarding process, including verifying passenger tickets and boarding passes
