About the role

As a Passenger Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey. You will also be responsible for handling various ground operations at the airport, such as check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process
• Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations at the airport
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
• Handle baggage and cargo, ensuring proper loading and unloading from the aircraft
