TEAM MEMBER TO HANDLE MODEL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY. PLANNING & EXECUTION OF DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT TEST REQUIREMENTS. ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS & COUNTER-MEASURE DEVLOPMENT CO-ORDINATION WITH CAE/DESIGN TEAM FOR RESULT VALIDATION & IMPLEMENTATION. AWARENESS OF PEDESTRIAN SAFETY TEST DUMMIES LIKE HEADFORM, FLEX-PLI, A-PLI etc.
