About the role
Patent Prosecution & Portfolio Management: Manage and expand the company's global patent portfolio, including drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications. Litigation and Enforcement Support: Manage and support patent litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel
What you'll do
- Provide legal advice on valuable intellectual property rights such as patents, technical data, trade secrets, licenses, copyrights and trademarks
- Develop Patent Strategy: To develop the patent strategy of the company so as to secure the interests of the company and reduce its possible exposure
