About the role

Patient Experience Executive- Hiring for SSO Hospital (Nagpur) at xponentiate. We are looking for a warm, articulate, and service-oriented Patient Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and caregivers at our centre.

What you'll do

• Play a key role in ensuring every patient journey is smooth, empathetic, and well-supported — from consultation to discharge
• Greet and counsel every patient and family entering the centre with warmth and professionalism
• Guide patients through their OPD visit, surgical counselling, and quote discussions
• Ensure follow through on diagnostics, insurance paperwork, and discharge protocols
• Handle relatives/caregivers with empathy and patience — especially during wait periods

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Counselling
• Any graduate
