Payments Specialist

About the role

Responsible for ensuring a high level of transaction processing for all cash deposits, withdrawals, including middle office payment and cash operations within Bank policy and procedures, and local regulations. Responsible for providing support for team member / Manager to meet customer’s requirement.

What you'll do

• Responsible for providing support for team member / Manager to meet customer’s requirement
• Responsible for cash Loss
• Coordinate with the team member for those transactions to be processed by Back office in Bangalore
• Ensure internal accounts reconcilliation with proper escalation matrix in place
• Ensuring levy of agreed tariff for products serviced by the unit

What you need
