Payroll Analyst

About the role

In this role, you will support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while ensuring a positive employee experience. You will collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, Benefits, and external payroll providers to manage payroll transactions, maintain data integrity, resolve inquiries, and identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Process and validate payroll transactions, including new hires, salary changes, promotions, transfers, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and other employee updates
• Execute pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, including reconciliations, off-cycle payments, retroactive adjustments, reporting, and payroll validations
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries while maintaining accurate, confidential payroll records and master data
• Prepare payroll reports and operational metrics, support audits, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with experience using payroll or HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, ADP, or CloudPay preferred
