About the role

This role involves working closely with the finance and HR teams to address payroll queries and ensure statutory adherence.

  • Handle statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws
  • Maintain accurate payroll data and records
  • Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions
  • Assist with payroll audits and prepare reports for management
