Payroll Specialist - 2096

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst, to join our Corporate Finance team. This position requires knowledge of the Payroll Operation & support the Shared Service center. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

What you'll do

• Audit payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies before final submission
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax with professionalism and accuracy
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports (tax filings, compliance reports, etc.)
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on benefits, deductions, and compensation changes
