Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in India payroll operations to join our team. In addition to your strong knowledge of India payroll laws and regulations, you should have a deep understanding of payroll taxes, reporting and analysis, and accounting entries.

What you'll do

• Review and process CTC-based and non-CTC-based reimbursement claims
• Handle Investment declaration and Investment proof submission process
• Managing various reports and preparing MIS and dashboards
• Filing of Quarterly Income Tax Returns and issuance of Form 16
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, including payroll registers, tax filings, and year-end reports
