Establish relationships early on with key client and OEM Partner/Supplier contacts. Document persona-specific standard hardware and/or kits. Document decision matrix for redistributing refurbished assets. Validate catalogue in client ITSM matches OEM Partner/Supplier catalogue, identify and resolve discrepancies.

What you'll do

Establish relationships early on with key client and OEM Partner/Supplier contacts
Support the Change Management process with maintaining service bundle, hardware profile, foundational data
Take actions to keep stock levels within acceptable range
Evaluate the latest rolling forecast when it becomes available and create bulk orders manually as required to balance stock levels at lifecycle hubs
Track status of bulk orders manually
