What you'll do

• Prepare and review journal entries, cash reporting, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Support the quarterly and annual financial reporting process by preparing and reviewing reporting packages, analyzing key variances
• Prepare and review capital call and distribution calculations and notices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable fund agreements
• Research and provide information to assist the client-facing engagement team in resolving client or investor inquiries
• Prepare and review management fee calculations, carried interest calculations, distribution waterfalls, fund-level and investor-level allocations or rebalancing

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
