What you'll do

• Prepare and review daily journal entries and cash reporting, ensuring accuracy and flagging discrepancies for management
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements, providing insights and identifying key variances
• Support capital calls and distributions preparation, ensuring correctness and timeliness for management approval
• Review and coordinate the preparation and delivery of capital call and distribution notices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clarity
• Draft and review investor correspondence, responding to inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed

• Excel
