About the role

As a Workday Manager, you will lead Workday-enabled HR transformation engagements across implementations, optimization initiatives, post-production support, and operating model transformation programs. You will work closely with client HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to translate complex organizational requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead the techno-functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions
• Configure and provide functional oversight across at least two Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Learning
• Design and maintain business processes, security groups, domain policies, calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and notifications
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs, integration requirements, data mappings, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with technical teams on EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Workday Studio integrations, and third-party interfaces
