• Actively collaborate with business leaders to understand the contextual needs, ensuring learning solutions are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization
• Create and manage knowledge assets such as case studies, reading materials, and interactive assignments, ensuring they are designed to be scalable, modular, and reusable
• Lead and facilitate peer learning initiatives by leveraging internal expertise

What you need
