People Enablement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workday, Payroll & HRIS Specialist to support our global HR technology, payroll operations, employee data, and HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday, payroll operations, HR data management, and advanced Excel, along with a strong understanding of global HR processes.

What you'll do

• Serve as a Workday subject matter expert and key point of contact for HR stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and complete employee and organizational data in Workday
• Support Workday business processes, approvals, security, reporting, and data audits
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and partner with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Support Workday releases, testing, enhancements, and system optimization
