People Operations Coordinator, India

About the role

This role will serve as a key on-the-ground office manager and People Operations support resource, helping create a reliable, welcoming, and productive employee experience for India-based employees. This role will provide day-to-day support across office operations, employee lifecycle processes, new hire readiness, onboarding, People data, documentation, and employee questions.

What you'll do

• India Office & Workplace Management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day India office operations, employee needs, vendors, and workplace questions
• Help establish clear office processes, documentation, local resources, workplace norms, and escalation paths aligned
• Coordinate with building management, office vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders to resolve workplace issues quickly and maintain a positive employee experience
• Support office events, employee gatherings, onsite meetings, and other activities that strengthen connection and engagement
