What you'll do

• Champion key employee lifecycle process: Take ownership of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across APJC, including onboarding, internal transfers
• Be a subject-matter expert for employee inquiries: Provide timely, high-quality support to employee inquiries through Zendesk
• Act as a trusted liaison between employees and People/Payroll teams, resolving issues efficiently with empathy and accuracy
• Ensure data integrity and governance: Maintain and update employee records across People/Payroll systems
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence: Analyze employee feedback and process metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancements
