People Strategist

About the role

As a People First Strategist, you will handle all sites of TaskUs (Cavite, BGC, Anonas, Pampanga, La Union and Bulacan or other possible additional PH sites in the future).

What you'll do

• Work collaboratively and serves as the primary interface between HR and Corporate Applications, software vendors, Finance and Payroll to ensure integrity of the HR system
• Partner with HR Operations, HR Leadership, Corporate Applications, Finance and Payroll to manage the delivery and utilization of the company's HRIS resources including…
• Manage the HRIS day-to-day activities to support the HR, Payroll and other interrelated functions
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with HRIS constituents, including management and the HRIS customer base
• Serve as an interface between internal/external customers and functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HRIS applications
