People Support Administrator - Level III

About the role

Delivers administrative support for complex matters for employees, managers, and the People Support team. Completes administrative tasks to support the employee lifecycle and the needs of the organization. Ensures solutions are delivered to enhance employee experience, drive efficiency and are in compliance with local legislation and company policies.

What you'll do

• Support basic level inquiries from employees and managers
• Delivers integrated people administration solutions that enhance efficiency, drive standardization
• Conducts data entry of workforce information with accuracy and completeness in human resource information systems; manages employee records
• Completes standard Human Resources business process activities for geography or sub-geography with quality and per defined timelines
• Assists in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures
