People Systems Senior Analyst

About the role

The People Systems Senior Analyst (Workday) is responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions, with deep functional and technical expertise across a defined set of Workday modules (typically 2–3 SKUs such as Core HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent Management, or Recruiting).

What you'll do

• Systems Configuration & Technical Delivery
• Own the configuration, testing, and optimisation of assigned Workday modules (2–3 SKUs, including areas such as Reward, Time & Absence and Talent Management)
• Build and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and configurations within their specialist areas
• Deliver system changes using structured release management and testing approaches
• Support tenant and release management activities including testing cycles, validation, and defect resolution
