People Technology Service and Experience Senior Product Specialist

About the role

The People Technology Service & Experience Senior Product Specialist will work with business stakeholders to understand service challenges, user needs and desired outcomes, translating these into practical, scalable and supportable digital solutions across the People Service & Experience portfolio.

What you'll do

• Work with global, regional and functional stakeholders to understand service challenges, business problems, user needs and desired outcomes
• Lead discovery, requirements and solution-shaping workshops, translating business and service requirements into clear options, service designs, functional requirements
• Act as a senior subject-matter specialist for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, bringing strong platform knowledge
• Deliver authorised ServiceNow configuration, administration, enhancements, workflow improvements and optimisation within agreed access, security, data-protection
• Take ownership of assigned changes from discovery through design, configuration, testing, release, operational handover and early-life support
