Peoplesoft HCM Consultant ( Remote)

About the role

This role is primarily focused on Support, Enablement and Delivery of HR & People technologies with a focus on PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Fusion Compensation. Under general direction, defines, implements and maintains application processes and objectives based on both user needs and a solid understanding of an application.

What you'll do

• Investigates issues or service failures to understand root cause and propose
• Solutions in conjunction with other functional teams and/or Vendors
• Participate functional focused & Innovation work groups to provide valuable
• Input, share knowledge and encourage best practice
• Propose new ways to streamline manual processes and recommend

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Test cases
• HRMS
• Oracle Fusion
• Any graduate
