Performance Engineer

About the role

Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

• Lead the design and implementation of serverless integration architectures using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, and AWS Glue
• Develop and optimize AWS Glue ETL jobs using Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing and transformation
• Design metadata-driven and configuration-over-code integration frameworks using JSON schemas and reusable architecture patterns
• Build scalable, event-driven integration pipelines supporting JDBC, REST APIs, SFTP, and messaging-based integrations
