Performance Engineer

What you'll do

• Gather and analyse performance requirements and architectural dependencies with product teams, architects and business stakeholders
• Build workload models from production evidence (observability data, gateway logs, real user monitoring) so that tests reflect how customers actually use our platforms
• Design, develop, execute and monitor the full range of performance tests: load, stress, soak, spike and scalability, at both API and client side
• Create and maintain performance testing frameworks, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines so performance is checked continuously, not just before a release
• Automate manual and repetitive performance testing activities, and treat test scripts, configuration and dashboards as code (no point and click)
