Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Associate to manage and scale paid marketing campaigns while driving core business metrics such as revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and contribution margins. This role requires hands-on campaign execution, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to connect marketing performance with business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Campaign Execution & Growth
• Plan, launch , manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital platforms
• Own campaign execution end-to-end, from planning and setup to monitoring, optimisation, and reporting
• Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency across key metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, and contribution margins
• Performance Analytics & Business Impact

What you need
