Performance Marketing Manager

This is a true individual-contributor role for someone who loves being in the platforms - building campaigns, digging into data, testing ideas, optimizing spend, and turning advertising investment into qualified parent inquiries, campus tours, and enrolments. What you'll do

• Own the planning, setup, management, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, remarketing, lead-generation, and conversion campaigns
• Optimize targeting, keywords, audiences, bidding, and budgets to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, tours, and enrolments
• Conduct competitor, keyword, audience, and geographic market research to uncover new growth opportunities
• Plan and evaluate A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, offers, lead forms, and landing pages

What you need
