Performance Marketing Manager - Leading Men's Health Startup

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager/Manager to join ourD2C Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing strategicinitiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various digitalchannels.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Criteo, and Taboola
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, from setup to monitoring, optimization, and reporting
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Continuously A/B test and optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates
• Implement and manage end-to-end user journeys using WebEngage, including handling drop-offs, cross-sell/upsell strategies, and post-purchase engagement
