Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, growth-oriented, and execution-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to lead user acquisition and performance marketing for investment products.The role will be part of the Digital Marketing team responsible for scaling the B2C investments business across app and web platforms.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), Programmatic channels, and OEM/app-install partnerships
• Build and execute monthly digital media acquisition plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Drive scalable user acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC, ROAS, and LTV:CAC
• Own and optimize activation quality, with KPIs like users investing ₹5,000+ within 30 days
• Own the complete acquisition funnel from Impression → Install → Registration → KYC → First Investment → Repeat Investment
