What you'll do

• Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns on Google (Search, Performance Max) and Meta, structured by product category
• Own CPL, ROAS, spend pacing, and cost-per-qualified-lead; scale winners and cut underperformers
• Manage the CRM end-to-end: lead creation, data hygiene, scoring, routing, and the lead-to-work-order stages
• Own the marketing-to-sales handoff and the lead-response SLA with the tele-calling team
• Drive landing-page conversion optimisation and a continuous A/B testing programme with the creative team
