Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

BeatO is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition across its B2C businesses, from devices and supplements to doctor-led care programs. Success in this role means profitable, scalable growth: efficient CAC, strong ROAS, and a steady pipeline of new customers across paid channels.

What you'll do

• Own full-funnel performance, from prospecting to retargeting, with clear accountability for CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
• Manage and allocate monthly paid media budgets, scaling what works and cutting what does not
• Run structured testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies, and turn the learnings into repeatable playbooks
• Work closely with the creative, brand, product, and tech teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and the checkout and app-install journey
