Performance Test Analyst (Senior Associate)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Analyst (Senior Associate) to lead performance testing activities across Grant Thornton applications and platforms. This role is responsible for designing, developing, executing, and optimizing performance test strategies that ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability.

What you'll do

• Performance Test Planning & Design
• Analyze requirements and design performance test strategies, scenarios, and workload models
• Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools
• Test Execution & Monitoring
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience
• Performance testing
