About the role

The position supports senior leadership in a fast-paced TV and fashion production environment, delivering high-touch administrative, travel, and stakeholder coordination across India. This is an on-site role that requires discretion, impeccable organisation, and a service-first mindset.

What you'll do

• Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership, prioritising meetings and resolving conflicts to maximise executive time
• Coordinate domestic travel and accommodation logistics end-to-end, prepare detailed itineraries, and handle last‑minute changes
• Prepare meeting materials, take accurate minutes, follow up on action items, and track deliverables to closure
• Process and reconcile expense reports, vendor invoices, and basic bookkeeping in coordination with finance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and talent—screening requests and routing communications efficiently
