Personal Assistant Internship — CryptoMize

About the role

The Personal Assistant role sits inside the operations cell that supports CryptoMize's leadership: executive calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, confidential document handling, cross-cell follow-up tracking, and the operational cadence that keeps the senior team productive.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the leadership calendar — meetings, travel, briefings, and the follow-up cadence that keeps engagements moving
• Prepare executive briefings — pull the engagement context, the decision points, and the materials the leadership team needs before each meeting
• Handle confidential correspondence and document routing with NDA-grade discipline
• Use: Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 with shared calendar conventions, Notion / Confluence for briefing and coordination documentation
