About the role

The Personal Assistant to the CEO is the role that owns the executive's calendar, briefing, and travel discipline across CryptoMize's political, reputational, and corporate intelligence engagement portfolio.

What you'll do

• Prepare the daily briefing pack the CEO walks into client meetings, board reviews, and strategy sessions with — sourced, summarized, and ranked by decision relevance
• Own the CEO's calendar discipline — internal meetings, client calls, travel blocks, and the recovery time the executive function depends on
• Coordinate travel and logistics across the 18-country engagement portfolio — multi-city itineraries, security-aware routing
• Use: Google Workspace + Microsoft 365 for document and calendar operations, Notion and Confluence for executive-office documentation
