About the role

The Personal Assistant to the COO is the role that owns the operational rhythm of the firm — the COO's calendar, the cross-cell coordination cadence, and the operational reporting that keeps the analyst, OSINT, and strategy cells aligned with the leadership's weekly and monthly reviews.

What you'll do

• Keep the capacity board current under supervision: roster updates, leave entries, and bench notes checked against the source system
• Use: Google Workspace + Microsoft 365 for document and calendar operations, Notion and Confluence for operations-office documentation
