About the role

As a Personal Banker - Inbound, you will be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency. Redress Customer needs pertaining to Cash, DDs, Cheque Deposits, General Information. Speed and Accuracy of Transaction. Exploitation of other business opportunities sensed.

What you'll do

• Be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency
• Providing quality of Experience that will ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth
• Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately
• Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing
• Provide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly
