What you'll do

• Identify and upgrade branch customers meeting Classic program criteria; Acquire new customers meeting product criteria and flag them on the system
• Product Group Holding (IPGH) is reached
• Group profitability is achieved
• Deliver quality customer service by resolving queries and complaints within the same day
