Personal Secretary Internship — CryptoMize

About the role

Personal secretary trainees learn the craft at the leadership level: diary command, correspondence discipline, travel logistics, and gatekeeping judgment — the operational memory and shield a senior principal needs. What you'll do

• Manage leadership calendars under supervision — scheduling, conflict resolution, and the preparation briefs that precede every meeting
• Handle correspondence as first point of contact: triaging inbound, drafting responses in the principal’s voice, and tracking what awaits reply
• Arrange travel and logistics end-to-end — itineraries, transport, accommodation, and the contingency plans for when schedules slip
• Use: Calendar and scheduling platforms, Travel-management tools and booking platforms, Document management and cloud drives, Professional correspondence workflows
