He should be independent and capable of handling 1 Medium ( ~ 400K instances )and 1 complex Blocks ( ~ 800K instances), For Engineer 3 & Engineer 2 he should handle 2 Medium HMs We are looking for 3 to 10 years exp He should be taken care the HMs from Netlist to GDS ( Floorplan, Implementation,Timing closure, FV,CLP and PV).
