To assist Consultants and Physicians in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care of patients in the General Medicine department while ensuring accurate documentation, patient safety, and compliance with hospital protocols. What you'll do

• Take detailed patient history and perform preliminary clinical assessments
• Assist consultants during OPD consultations and ward rounds
• Monitor patient progress and report significant clinical changes to the treating physician
• Coordinate and facilitate diagnostic investigations such as laboratory tests, ECGs, X-rays, and other investigations as directed by consultants
• Interpret investigation reports and bring abnormal findings to the attention of the supervising physician
